Not sure about this mallet

I have to say I am a beginner with gongs and this mallet is not completely intuitive to use. While I am using it, the sounds which are coming out of the gong are not pleasant at all. So I cannot recommend this mallet to beginners. But I beg that for experienced gongers and bigger gongs, the sounds can be epic :)

I really like this as it doesn't bounce all over the gong face when the gong is already vibrating. In not jumping about or vibrating against the gong it produces great high pitched alien sounds. Easy to hold. Well made. Worth getting to add some texture to my very low pitched chau gong
